Removes the users' customized outbound caller ID phone numbers.

Prerequisites: * A Business or Enterprise account * A Zoom Phone license.

Scopes: phone:write:admin,phone:write

Granular Scopes: phone:delete:user_customized_number,phone:delete:user_customized_number:admin
