A Participant can request the generation of an Outbound LTO.

This API is available for Liquidity Provider Participants only. This API allows a Liquidity Provider to request the generation of an outbound LTO message for a specific Beneficairy PSP. The relevant camt.050 message is then forwarded to TIPS
