A Participant can request the generation of a get Account Balance to inquiry its DCA account.

This API is available for Liquidity Provider Participants only. This API allows a Liquidity Provider to request the generation of a get Account balance message in order to inquiry its DCA account. The relevant camt.003 message is then forwarded to TIPS
