A Participant can reject a Participant Operation command.
PUT {{baseUrl}}/rejectParticipantOperation/:senderBic/:referenceId
The Reject Participant Operation allows the Participant to reject a specific change operation submitted and not yet authorized. (See 9.11) The response contains the confirmation or rejection of the request, Code 204 is returned if no record is found satisfying the selected criteria.
