Charger Control API

Charger control api can be used to get list of power groups and update external power limit of a charger group.

1. Set external rate limit of a charger group from external systems the power sharing across different types of loads can be prioritized dynamically and allocated. PUT {{baseUrl}}/chargerControl/chargerGroups/:chargerGroupId/externalPowerLimits

2. Get list of power groups. GET {{baseUrl}}/chargerGroup/powergroups
