Loads the named viewer
GET {{baseUrl}}/viewers/:viewer/loader
This returns the named viewer web application's bootstrap JavaScript module that in turn dynamically loads viewer modules as needed into the user's browser.
Application integrations should put this REST resource URL into a script tag on one of their application HTML pages.
