Core Case Administration API

Core Case allows defining a Case Type using Administration API that consists of extendable Case Data Model, Process to define the milestones and various tasks in each milestone and other configurations like roles, notifications, SLA’s and content repository.
1. Create, Retrieve, Update and Delete case definitions
2. Create, Retrieve, Update and Delete case type general settings
3. Create, Retrieve, Update and Delete case type functional roles
4. Create, Retrieve, Update and Delete case type stages and tasks
5. Publish, Republish and Unpublish case definitions
