Gets the Alpaca form for moving a node. If adding categories, the following must be specified: 'parentid', 'id' (only one id - adding categories during a bulk move is not supported), 'inheritance', 'categoryid' (can be specified multiple times). Example: ?parentid=2000&id=1234&inheritance=0&categoryid=4444&category_id=5555
