2- Get operations availability for chosen item

GET {{baseUrl}}/hierarchy/children/:id/operations

Get available operations for organisational hierarchy item with the given id. Possible operations are:

• create subscriber
• create cost center
• create virtual group
• edit item
• move item
• remove item

Operations for SUBSCRIBER are not supported. subscribers/{id}/operations should be used instead.
