Before submitting this request:

A Transmission Profile with the type Partner Exchange Profile must already exist for exchanging data with the trading partner. Vault Safety Help provides setup instructions. In the receiving vault, the User record for the user initiating the API must link to the appropriate Organization. You must be assigned permissions to create transmissionv objects and casev>sourcev>adverseeventreportv documents. VQL criteria for Organizations, Users, or Transmission Profiles should not be configured in the transmissionv object, case_versionv>aerv object, or casev>sourcev>adverseeventreportv documents. VQL criteria may cause the job to fail. All non-standard mandatory fields must have a default value in the transmissionv object, case_versionv>aerv object, or casev>sourcev>adverseeventreportv documents. You must have access to the source E2B(R3) file from your machine.
