Get submission summary by user
GET {{baseUrl}}/v1/submissions/:board/summary?fid=
Gets the submissions for a given FID.
Can be filtered even further by date range.
Ensure the Fid Query Param and ALL Path Variables in the url (e.g. :board) are set in the Params tab, or else an unexpected response may be returned.
