OpenAPI Linting - Security Test

This is. set of security tests for running against this API, providing a standardized set of tests the can be manually run, scheduled via a monitor, or run as part of a CI/CD pipeline. Right now we just have a single SQL injection API, but will be adding other native and 3rd party security services as part of this suite of security tests.
