Disable Account

POST {{baseUrl}}/accounts/:id/disable

This API submits a task to disable the account and returns the task ID.
A token with ORGADMIN, SOURCEADMIN, SOURCE_SUBADMIN, or HELPDESK authority is required to call this API.
