Delete an item from an edge dictionary

DELETE {{fastly_url}}/service/{{service_id}}/dictionary/{{dictionary_id}}/item/{{dictionary_item_key}}

Delete DictionaryItem given service, dictionary ID, and item key.

Authorization: API token with at least Engineer permissions.
