Retrieve a funding source balance
GET https://api-sandbox.dwolla.com/funding-sources/{{VCRBalanceFundingSourceId}}/balance
Retrieve the amount for the balance funding source. The funding source type balance only exists for Verified Customer accounts and represents a balance held in the Dwolla network.
