Deletes a recipient from an envelope.

DELETE {{baseUrl}}/v2.1/accounts/{{accountId}}/envelopes/{{envelopeId}}/recipients/{{recipientId}}

Deletes the specified recipient file from the specified envelope. This cannot be used if the envelope has been sent.
