Cancel and delete a utility payment by ID

DELETE {{baseUrl}}/{{version}}/utility-payment/:paymentId

Cancel a scheduled utility payment. You can only cancel utility payments before they start being processed.

NOTE: Payments that have already been processed can be deleted, but not cancelled.
