Create Confirmed Booking

POST https://{{MF.API.HostName.Operational}}/booking/v1/booking/:Reference/:TimeSlotGuid

Time slots from the active schedule are real time availibility. Use the provided Time Slot guid in the confirmation request to reserve the slot and in the fulfilment request to confirm the request.
