Retrieve the crop rotation index for a field

GET https://agrodatacube.wur.nl/api/v2/rest/fields/:fieldid/croprotationindex?page_size={{page_size}}&page_offset={{page_offset}}

The crop rotation index is an indicator for the extent diverse crops have been planted and the soil has been managed with care during the past 6 years. The index has a value from 0 (very low) to 1 (very good)
