Mux is how developers build online video. This API encompasses both Mux Video and Mux Data functionality to help you build your video-related projects better and faster than ever before.

Mux provides developer-friendly APIs that help to incorporate video upload, playback, and live-streaming into your application.

Authentication

To use the Mux API, you'll first need to create an account. You can receive a free $20 Mux credit by signing up via this link.

Once you've created an account, you can generate an access token which can be used to authenticate your API requests.

You can then copy your Mux Token ID and Secret Key and paste them into Qodex's Basic Auth fields as the Username and Password for the request.
